This map shows the last reported locations of Betty Whitefish. The darker and more intense the colour of and the larger the circle, the more recent the location.

The latest available position is displayed with a separate marker and a timestamp indicating when the animal's position was recorded. Location data is refreshed from a satellite service provider every 10 minutes, but it can take hours or sometimes days for a tag to report in.

While all reported locations are rendered, some locations may not be accurate as accuracy depends on an optimal line-of-sight connection to the GPS satellites.
